How does a ride work?
Every booking receives a written confirmation stating the date, time, addresses, vehicle, number of passengers and price. Your driver contacts you before pick-up, and our team follows the ride until it ends. If something unexpected happens, we first look for a solution, then keep you clearly informed.
Our vehicles
Our fleet includes sedans, for 1 to 4 passengers and up to 4 pieces of luggage, available in Eco, Business and Prestige classes, and vans for up to 8 passengers and 8 pieces of luggage, in Eco Van and Business Van versions. All our vehicles are recent, well maintained and regularly inspected. On board you will find water, Wi-Fi and, on request, a child seat or a booster seat. For passengers with reduced mobility, we also have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. When you book, we recommend the vehicle best suited to your number of passengers, your luggage and the level of comfort you are looking for.
