The journey from Lyon to Tignes
From Lyon Saint-Exupéry, the route follows the motorway towards Chambéry and Albertville, then the Tarentaise valley past Moûtiers to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. The road then climbs past the Tignes dam to the resort, at around 2,100 metres. Allow 3 hours to 3 hours 30. Our drivers are used to this mountain road in winter conditions.
