Ski clubs and group ski trips

Delegations and corporate groups
For delegations and corporate guests, your drivers wait at arrivals with a sign showing your company name, follow the programme you send us and stay reachable all day. Companies receive a single invoice per event, with their reference. For individual executives, see our private driver service.
Families and large parties
Birthdays, reunions and family holidays: grandparents, parents and children travel together, with room for pushchairs and suitcases. Child seats cost €5 and booster seats are free. Tell us the children’s ages when you book.
About Transfert-Lyon
Transfert-Lyon is a private driver company based in Lyon and a brand of La Conciergerie I Carré, a French passenger transport group. Our drivers hold a professional VTC licence, and every booking is confirmed in writing, as required by French regulations. Every trip is followed by our operations manager from pick-up to drop-off, and English-speaking drivers are available on request.
How to organise a group transfer

- If guests arrive on different flights or trains, send us the list: we plan the rotations
- We confirm the vehicles, the drivers and the total price in writing
For events with many guests, we recommend booking several weeks in advance, especially during the ski season, trade fairs and the summer wedding season. The earlier we know your programme, the better we can plan vehicles and drivers, and the easier it is to keep everyone together.

How many people can you carry in one vehicle?
Up to 8 passengers in a van, with 8 bags. For larger groups, we coordinate several vehicles that travel together.
Do all the vehicles arrive at the same time?
Yes. Departures are coordinated, the drivers stay in contact and the group is welcomed together at arrival.
Is a group transfer cheaper than a taxi?
Usually, yes: with 8 people in a van, the transfer from Lyon airport to the city centre costs €11 per person.
Can you organise shuttles for a wedding?
Yes, including rotations between hotels, the ceremony and the reception, and late returns at the end of the evening.
Do you provide a single invoice?
