Eurexpo has several halls and several entrances. Tell us the name of your fair and, if you are an exhibitor, your hall number: your chauffeur drops you at the closest entrance open to vehicles. For the return, we set the time and pick-up point together.

Journey time
Eurexpo is in Chassieu, east of Lyon. Allow about 15 minutes from Saint-Exupéry airport and 20 to 25 minutes from Part-Dieu station or central Lyon, outside rush hours. At opening times of major fairs, allow extra time.
Exhibitors: equipment and teams
For setting up or dismantling your stand, our van carries up to 8 passengers with their luggage and some equipment. For a larger team, we organise daily rotations between your hotels and Eurexpo for the whole duration of the fair.
Clients, VIP visitors and companies
Welcome your clients and partners in the best conditions: meet-and-greet at the airport or station, business sedan or business van, chauffeur in uniform and an invoice in your company’s name. An evening at Groupama Stadium or LDLC Arena, both close by, can round off the programme.
