The journey from Lyon to Zermatt
The route takes the motorway towards Geneva, along Lake Geneva and the Rhône valley to Visp, then up the Zermatt valley to the Täsch terminal. As Zermatt is car-free, the shuttle train takes you there in about twelve minutes.
